Our accredited classes group students by ability rather than age, offering middle and high school level curriculum. The Davidson Academy is centered on a rigorous academic environment where students can thrive among their intellectual peers. The 2025-2026 application will open in late Summer. Profoundly gifted students are those who score in the 99.9th percentile on IQ and achievement tests. The Academy is a third kind of public school (not a charter school) established thanks to state legislation, Nevada Revised Statute 388C.
